The IWC Leadership Team is responsible for

• assessing the current status of each of the three named ministry areas (Invite, Welcome, Connect),
• suggesting changes
• creating and editing processes
• designing new activities
• following up after related activities/events to determine if the objectives were met and if the activity should be repeated, edited, ended, etc

IWC Leadership Team members will work with staff to recruit persons to lead and be engaged in new work. The team will encourage, support and guide these persons as they support our core value to be servants and “seek and support opportunities to serve the Lord by helping others in need both within and beyond our community. No exceptions!”

The IWC Leadership Team will work in close partnership with the church staff, Vestry, Welcome Coordinator and Head Usher (for Welcome activities), members of the Formation Leadership Team and the Outreach Leadership Team (for Connect activities), and Communications Director (for Invite activities).
