Fellowship Ministries
Foyer Groups at St. Thomas
Foyer Groups are small, welcoming gatherings that strengthen relationships within our parish family. Each group offers fellowship, fun, and opportunities to deepen connections with one another and with God.
Daytime Foyer
Daytime Foyer meets on the first Thursday of each month in Taylor Hall. Together we share a potluck-style meal, enjoy fellowship, and take part in our always-popular raffle (with plenty of laughter included!). We also celebrate milestones and special events in each other’s lives. This is a wonderful way to connect during the week and enjoy the gift of community.

Women of St. Thomas
The Women of St. Thomas gather monthly (the 4th Tuesday, September through May) for fellowship, crafts, service projects, and meaningful conversation. Women of all ages and walks of life are welcome! Together, we celebrate faith, friendship, and shared ministry while supporting each other both spiritually and practically.

The Men of St. Thomas gather regularly for fellowship, service, and spiritual growth. From lending a hand around the parish to supporting outreach projects, this group provides opportunities to build community and deepen faith while making a meaningful impact both within and beyond St. Thomas.

Friends of the LGBT+
At St. Thomas, our motto is “All are Welcome, No Exceptions.” We mean it! Everyone deserves the space to worship and love freely. Each year, we joyfully make our presence known at Chesapeake’s Pride in the ’Peake; celebrating diversity, sharing God’s love, and having some fun along the way! This ministry is still growing, and we’d love for you to be a part of shaping it. Do you have ideas or a passion for this work? Join us as we continue building a vibrant and affirming community.

Coffee Hour
Coffee Hour is one of the simplest and most meaningful ways we extend fellowship beyond the altar table. Hosts (individuals, families, or friends) provide light snacks, such as: bagels, fruit, or donuts; while the church supplies coffee, tea, lemonade, and paper goods. Hosts are also responsible for setup and cleanup. Whether you sign up once or many times, your gift of hospitality helps foster the warm, welcoming spirit that makes St. Thomas feel like home.
