Advent Sunday is the first day of the liturgical year in the and the start of the season of Advent. A time of preparation for the celebration of Christ's birth at Christmas and the return of Christ at the Second Coming. Advent Sunday is the fourth Sunday before Christmas.

Join Pastor Dave Long during formation hour for an inspiring series to learn about the life and times of our Savior, learning more deeply about the parables. Grow in faith and community each week during formation through thoughtful teaching and open discussion.

Agape Feast is an interdenominational, volunteer organization that supports and houses homeless individuals and families in Chesapeake through several programs. Join us in the Taylor Hall kitchen Wednesdays at 2:30 to help make meals. Cooking begins October 1st. |

The Daytime Foyer group meets for lunch the first Thursday of every month at 12:30pm in Taylor Hall. Join us for good food and fun, even if you're on a lunch break! If able, please bring a dish to share. |
